With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, the usual green tributes to the holiday are about to roll out in droves. You might have to take a second to think back to recall the Tauntaun’s which were a species of Mammal’s used as Horse’s in the classic star wars Movies. Well someone at Nike must be a big Star Wars fan because they recently released these NIke SB Tauntaun’s as a quick strike limited release and in my personal opinion they look great. Todd Bratrud’s newest creation is slated to be hitting shelves as a QS release this month. The anticipation has been steadily mounting and everyone is hoping to get a better look at what him at SPoT (Skate Park Of Tampa) have cooked up with Nike. Here are a few more images of the cigar themed sneakers and their supple suede uppers. The midpanel is not only made to mock tobacco paper but it also tears away in typical Bratrud fashion. We don’t have a release date for the shoe yet but when it drops we will let you know.

Nike SB Dunk Low “Passport Pack” is modeled after, well, passports Not just any passports, but the passports of the United States and the United Kingdom. The pack features two suede Dunks, done up in blue with white highlights for the U.S. passport and red with gold for the UK version. Look for these to hit SB accounts later this year.

To coincide with the eighth and final season of HBO’s hit series Entourage (grab a tissue, bro), Nike SB has crafted a low-top Dunk dedicated to Vinnie and the boys. The black-on-black “Lights Out” model appears to be a leather on suede combination sitting atop a contrasting white sole and featuring the show’s branding throughout. While we’re left with little to no info regarding a release (no word on if it will be public), could Turtle be caught rocking these sometime throughout the last go-round?

A few pics of Nike SB samples have been lingering the web in the last week. What we have here is a pic of the sample dubbed as the joker. They feature a green and purple colorway with a flannel print in the quarter panel. No official word on a release but it rumored to drop Spring 2009. Info provided by Just Our Style.
Designed by Concepts own Rob Hepler is a pair of kickz which represents the New England and Commonwealth culture in a whole. If anybody knows anything about bean-town or New England period, you know that they are in love with lobsters. Well here is a pair of kickz to represent that fixacation. The details of these kickz is on point with the outside of the shoe resembling the hard shell of the succulent crustacean. On the inside is a red and white pattern that represents the bib that is usually seen on the lobster itselfs. At first the inside was mistaken to be a picnic table cloth. Also to be more specific with their design, they added a blue band as an accessory. Looks like another hit in my eyes, what do you think?

New stuff in Dunk SB Low Gibson made to look like the OG Gibson Guitar case really a dope and well made shoe. The Truck Blazer part of the Skateboard Pack is made to look like the trucks on the skateboard. This completes the set with the Grip Tape Dunk Mids, and the Deck High Dunks.
