DJ Bobby Trends is not only one of NYC hottest club and HOT 97′s DJs, he is a friend/supporter to the Secret Society movement. I caught up with Trends the other night while he was rocking out @ Pink Elephant one of NYC current hot spots, and boy was he ripping it. Trends aside from being sick on the 1′s and 2′s he is a dope business man and all around hustler. Here some of many shots of Trends rocking out with SS Gear…
Quick Bio on Trends
Raised in the Irvington-Newark area of NJ, Trends got his start in the late ’90s opening for Funkmaster Flex and Cipha Sounds. His impressive work landed him an opening slot in The Big Dawg Pitbulls DJ collective. Trends has since established Trendslife, DJing at parties for celebrities such as Mariah Carey, Jay-Z, R-Kelly, the NFL’s Giants and Jets and has also toured Japan, Africa, Belgium, London and Germany. Trends was officially added to the HOT 97 family in August of 2006 and is a part of the new generation of DJs at HOT 97.

World Traveler and Stylist to the Stars LV hit me up to supply him with heat and so we did. Up and coming Rap Artist Tay Nati & Boe Skagz were taking their flicks for their album cover which is set to Release 04/22/2008. We laced them up with our Secret Society Varsity Jacket, The Secret Society personal Maybach (I wish!) and our Lion Tee. The photo shoot took place in Hollis Queens in front of the infamous Jam Master Jay Mural, and with all the right since Boe Skagz (Red Varsity) is Jam Master Jay’s nephew. I personally heard some of there joints and they are spitting fire so def try and go cop that…Once again thanks to LV the Stylist.
