Minor changes in materials have not deterred sneakerheads from anticipating the release of the Air Jordan 5 Black/Metallic Silver. This pair, which features a higher cut of suede than previous retros of this colorway, maintains detailing similar to the 2006 release. A translucent outsole, reflective 3M tongue, and red Jumpman are just a few details that can be seen.

For those old enough to remember, His Airness returned sporting the number “45.” As well as donning a fresh jersey, Michael rocked a new colorway of his Air Jordan X sneaker which was already equiped with “45″ stitched on the ankle where his famed “23″ once stood. But guess what Jordan fans — the “Chicago” X’s are making their way back next year, presumably in January. These are definitely one of the most anticipated retroes in Jordan history as many never expected a return.

What a day to be a sneakerhead. Also a regular in the rumor mill, the Air Jordan 3 Black/Cement retro has been confirmed for 2011. Much like the Air Jordan 11 “Concord”, the Air Jordan 3 Black/Cement has been confirmed due to leaked line sheets. This retro will retail for $150 and likely drop in the fourth quarter. This marks the fourth time this colorway will be retroed. Start saving as it looks like 2011 is going to be a big year.

Following endless speculation throughout the past few months it looks the the AJ XI “Concord” will finally see a second retro in 2011. The shoes are set for a release in the latter part of the year, more than likely around the same time as the past two XI releases in the Space Jam and Cool Grey.

This is the latest mock up from the Air Jordan brand. This time around they borrow the Air Jordan VII color way along with some of its materials. They also feature an Air Bunny logo on the tounge. Look for these to drop in the very near future.
Some more detailed shots of the next Air Jordan Fusion kicks have surfaced. Utilizing the obvious Air Force 1 midsoles, the sneakers take on the mold of Jordan’s fan favorite IV model. Featuring the famous bred colorway, the sneakers are complimented with a black nubuck upper alongside cement grey and varsity red accenting. A release is scheduled for the latter half of 2009.
